Each product page provides information concerning the photograph, print format, printing medium, edition, finishing, and other characteristics applicable to the product.
Photographs displayed on the Website are reproduced for illustrative purposes. Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the images displayed online accurately represent the final product, colours and appearance may vary depending on the screen, display settings, operating system and other technical factors.
Minor variations in colour, contrast, texture, paper characteristics or finishing that do not materially affect the quality or conformity of the product shall not constitute a defect.
Limited editions
Where a photograph is offered as a limited edition, the total number of prints in the edition will be indicated on the relevant product page.
Unless otherwise specified, each print belonging to a limited edition is considered part of the stated edition regardless of its size or format.

3. Originality and authenticity

Where applicable, each limited-edition print may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
[SPECIFY WHETHER EVERY PRINT INCLUDES A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, WHETHER IT IS SIGNED, NUMBERED, DATED, ETC.]
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a physical print does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, publication rights or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying photograph.
The buyer acquires ownership of the physical print only.
4. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
For limited-edition works, availability is determined by the number of copies remaining in the relevant edition.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and will refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw a product from sale at any time, without affecting orders that have already been accepted.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in [EUROS / OTHER CURRENCY].
[SPECIFY WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT: e.g. “All prices include French VAT at the applicable rate.”]
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping and delivery costs are not included in the displayed product price. Applicable delivery charges will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Orders
Customers may place an order by following the ordering process available on the Website.
Before confirming an order, the customer will be given an opportunity to review the products ordered, quantities, delivery information, applicable shipping costs and total price, and to correct any errors.
The customer confirms the order by clicking the relevant order-confirmation button and completing the payment process.
The order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer following successful completion of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- a pricing or technical error;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- payment failure;
- unavailability of the product;
- an obvious error in the product description;
- or any other legitimate reason permitted by applicable law.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

The estimated production and preparation time is:

This period is separate from the delivery time.
If an order contains several products with different production times, the products may be shipped together once the entire order is ready unless otherwise agreed.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed during the ordering process.
The estimated delivery time is:
[INSERT DELIVERY TIMES BY REGION, e.g. France: 2–4 business days; EU: 3–7 business days; International: 5–15 business days.]
Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller will deliver the goods within the period indicated at the time of purchase and, where no specific period has been agreed, within the maximum period provided by applicable law.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
10. Risk during delivery
For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier proposed by the Seller, physically takes possession of the goods.
Until that point, the Seller remains responsible for the goods during transport.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the packaging and product upon delivery and to contact the Seller as soon as possible if the package or print appears damaged.
11. Damage during transport
If a photographic print arrives damaged, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at:
[CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
Please provide:
- the order number;
- photographs of the damaged product;
- photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage;
- and a description of the problem.
Where appropriate, the Seller may request that the damaged product and/or packaging be retained until the claim has been assessed.
This procedure does not limit or replace the customer’s statutory rights and legal guarantees.
12. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing products online, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without having to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period.
You may contact us at:
[RETURNS / CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
You may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms, although its use is not mandatory.
Exceptions for personalised or made-to-order products
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Accordingly, the following products are [NOT ELIGIBLE / ELIGIBLE] for withdrawal:
[DESCRIBE YOUR POLICY CLEARLY — e.g. “Prints produced in a standard size and format are eligible for withdrawal. Prints produced to a customer’s specific dimensions, with a personalised inscription, or with other individual specifications are not eligible for withdrawal.”]
This exception should only be applied where the product genuinely falls within the legal definition of personalised or made-to-order goods.
13. Returns
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw.
Returns should be sent to:
[RETURNS ADDRESS]
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- the Seller has agreed to bear those costs; or
- the Seller failed to inform the customer that the customer was responsible for them.
The product should be returned securely packaged and in a condition that protects it from damage during transportation.
The customer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, subject to applicable law.
14. Refunds
When a customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the payments received, including the applicable standard delivery costs.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
15. Legal guarantees
Products sold through the Website benefit from the legal guarantees applicable to consumer sales, including:
- the legal guarantee of conformity; and
- the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial or manufacturer’s warranty that may additionally be offered.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For information concerning a claim under a legal guarantee, please contact:

[DESCRIBE WARRANTY: duration, scope, exclusions, procedure, geographical limitations, etc.]
Any commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, the consumer’s statutory rights.
17. Photographic quality and natural variations
Fine-art photographic prints are physical artworks produced using professional printing processes and materials.
Depending on the printing technique and medium selected, characteristics such as paper texture, surface finish, grain, tonal range and colour reproduction may vary.
Such characteristics are inherent to the production process and are not necessarily defects.
The images shown on the Website are displayed on electronic screens and therefore cannot guarantee an exact visual match with the physical print.
[ADD SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRINTING PROCESS — e.g. archival pigment printing, type of paper, archival lifespan, laboratory/printer used, mounting, framing, etc.]

Unauthorised use of photographs may constitute an infringement of copyright and may give rise to legal action.
20. Personal data
The processing of personal data associated with orders and use of the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that their personal data will be processed as necessary to process the order, arrange delivery, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

Where such an event affects an order, the Seller will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
23. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The Seller remains responsible for fulfilling its statutory obligations, including applicable legal guarantees and consumer-protection rights.
Subject to the above, the Seller shall not be responsible for indirect losses arising from the customer’s use of the Website or products where such limitation is permitted by law.

26. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in that country may continue to apply where required by applicable law.
27. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
The Seller and the customer shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms restricts the right to bring proceedings before a court that is competent under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
28. Changes to these Terms
The Seller may update these Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes to the Website, products, business practices or applicable legislation.
